About me
Hi, I’m Konrad.
I help people release emotional patterns and reconnect with their inner energy so they can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of self.
For many years, I experienced feeling stuck in limiting patterns around self-worth, motivation, and direction in life. It felt like this was simply “how things are.”
That began to change when I started working with subconscious patterns and energy-based practices. Over time, I experienced how meaningful transformation happens when we address what is happening beneath the surface, not just on a conscious level.
As my internal state shifted, my external life naturally began to follow.
Today, I combine Theta Healing and Energy Transmission work to support others in their own process of transformation and reconnection.
My sessions offer a safe and grounded space where we explore the subconscious patterns that may be influencing areas such as relationships, self-worth, and life direction, and work with them at a deeper level.
Some experiences may bring immediate changes in how you feel or perceive things, while others continue to unfold and integrate over time.

Energy Transmission

An Energy Transmission Session is a guided experience that works with your natural life force energy and awareness to support emotional release, inner clarity, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself.
The practice is inspired by the understanding that we all carry an inner energy system that can become blocked or stagnant due to stress, emotional experiences, and conditioning. During the session, music, intention, and energetic presence are used to create a safe space for this energy to move and reorganize naturally.
This process is often associated with Kundalini energy — described in various traditions as life force, chi, or prana — but the experience is always individual and cannot be forced or predicted.
People may experience physical sensations, emotional release, stillness, insight, or a shift in perception. For others, the experience is subtle but continues to unfold over time.
This work is not about forcing change, but about allowing the system to return to balance, openness, and natural flow.

This really depends on your personal process and what you’re currently going through. Some people feel a noticeable shift after just one session-especially when there is a sense of emotional release, which can feel like a weight being lifted off the shoulders or heart.
For ongoing support and deeper work, sessions are often spaced every 2–4 weeks. Others prefer to come every couple of months, depending on their needs and rhythm.
There’s no fixed rule-we adjust the frequency together so it supports you without feeling overwhelming.

After an Energy Transmission session, many people report feeling deeply relaxed, yet at the same time more present and connected to their body. It’s common to experience a sense of lightness, emotional release, or a natural flow of energy moving through the body during or after the session.

In the hours or days following the session, many people choose gentle, nourishing activities-such as spending time in nature, taking a warm bath, or simply allowing themselves to relax without pressure. Staying hydrated is also important, and some people feel drawn to mineral-rich drinks like electrolytes or coconut water.
You may also notice an increased appetite, vivid dreams, or subtle shifts in how you perceive your thoughts, emotions, or life situations. It’s not unusual to begin seeing things from a new perspective or to experience moments of clarity.
Integration is a personal and ongoing process. While some effects are felt immediately, others can continue to unfold over days, weeks, or even longer as your system processes the experience.

Through a relaxed, meditative state, we explore what may be stored beneath the surface—beliefs or experiences that can shape how you feel, react, and move through life. By becoming aware of these patterns and gently “reprogramming” them, many people experience greater clarity, emotional relief, and a deeper sense of alignment.

Theta Healing is based on the idea that our thoughts, emotions, and subconscious patterns can influence how we feel physically.
In a session, we explore whether there may be emotional or subconscious factors connected to what you’re experiencing. Many people find that when they release inner tension or long-held patterns, their body can respond in a more balanced and supportive way.

Yes-no spiritual background or beliefs are required. Theta Healing can be approached simply as a relaxation and mindset technique. Many clients come in with a practical, open-minded attitude and still experience meaningful shifts.

Many people notice shifts quite quickly after a session-sometimes immediately, especially in terms of emotional relief, clarity, or a sense of lightness.
At the same time, deeper changes often unfold over time as the subconscious continues to integrate the work. Some shifts may become more noticeable after a few weeks, and in some cases even over a longer period.
Because of this integration process, it’s generally recommended not to do sessions too frequently. A good guideline is to allow at least two weeks or more between sessions, giving yourself time to process and fully absorb what has been released or changed.
There are no strict rules-everyone’s process is different-but spacing sessions out usually allows for deeper and more stable results over time.
